All BAAC Studio products are handmade to order. By placing an order you acknowledge that your item will be made after purchase and that our standard lead time is 2–3 business days before dispatch, with the possibility of slight variation during busy periods. We will communicate any significant delays.

 

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Accuracy: When placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We are unable to make changes once an order is placed.

 

3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We accept a range of secure payment methods and do not store card details.

 

3.3 Order Confirmation: A confirmation email confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs once your order has been dispatched.

 

3.4 Discounts: Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

 

3.5 Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped internationally, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
