Shipping

At BAAC Studio, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible from our Sydney-based warehouse. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, but please note that shipping delays may occur during sale periods, product launches, or public holidays.

Please ensure that your delivery address and products are correct before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or the wrong size selection.

 

Shipping Australia  

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

Standard shipping (1-3 business days) $15.

 

Shipping New Zealand

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) $20. 

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Shipping updates will be provided by Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL Express. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If the signature is waived for safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus an $20 AUD return shipping fee.

Tax & Duty Charges

For orders outside Australia and New Zealand, duties and taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs authorities and are your responsibility to pay prior to the delivery of your goods. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us and refunded, minus an $20 AUD return shipping fee.
