Shipping
Every BAAC piece is handmade to order by us, which means your order is made specifically for you once it’s placed. We don’t hold bulk stock – this is intentional. It’s how we avoid waste, keep our materials fresh, and make sure every necklace that leaves our hands is made with care.
Our standard lead time is 2–3 business days before dispatch, though during busy periods it may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you in the loop.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.

Shipping New Zealand
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
Standard shipping (4-6 business days) $20 AUD
Shipping England
Standard shipping (5-8 business days) $25 AUD

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and England only. We hope to expand in the future – stay tuned.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Shipping updates will come through from Australia Post, FedEx, or DHL Express.
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you choose to waive the signature for a safe drop, please note that BAAC Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $20 AUD return shipping fee.
Before You Order
Please double-check your delivery address and product selection before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes. We can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses or wrong selections.
Tax & Duty Charges
For orders shipped outside Australia and New Zealand, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs authority and are your responsibility to pay before delivery. If charges are refused and the parcel is returned, a refund will be issued minus a $20 AUD return shipping fee.
