Because every piece is made to order especially for you, we ask that you read through our returns policy carefully before purchasing. We want you to feel confident in your order.
All Sales Are Final
As a small, made-to-order studio we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Each piece is made specifically for the person who ordered it, so we encourage you to take your time before checking out. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or a specific piece, please reach out to us at info@baacstudio.com before ordering – we’re always happy to help.
Faulty Products:
We check every order carefully before it leaves us. That said, if something isn’t right, we want to know.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@baacstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos. Depending on the fault, we’ll offer a repair or replacement.
Please note we’re unable to consider faults caused by misuse or damage after receipt. Any item returned must be clean and in its original condition.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only considered in the case of a confirmed faulty item, and only where the product is unworn and in its original condition. Availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend getting in touch promptly.
Sale Items:
Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. BAAC Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Timing
If a refund has been approved and you haven’t seen it yet, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card provider – processing times can vary. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@baacstudio.com and we’ll look into it.
